All of our mattresses are new with more than adequate commercial and or private bathroom facilities, full kitchen, mirrored gym with a view of the pond, scenic outside patio areas, full sized washer and dryer, satellite TV, fully furnished, plenty of parking on the 12 acre gated property which makes SkySac IAH both safe and relaxing.  Beyond the iron front gate is the 1400 foot driveway that leads to the peaceful and serene surroundings that you will appreciate after a long pairing.  All 5 of our sleep rooms are red eye rooms and your bed is your bed for your comfort.  The weekly towel/linen and cleaning service means that all you have to do is bring the bare essentials.  There is also a convenience store at the end of the gated driveway which serves hot sandwiches and carries any beverage that you might desire.  Bicycles are available to ride to WalMart, Kroger, Mexican Food, WhataBurger, Subway, drug stores, Home Depot, Banks and more.  WiFi for your laptops and an in house desktop will keep you in touch with the CCS/COLGAN website. The landline with unlimited long distance and 4 handsets will insure that scheduling can contact you at any time of day or night.

SkySac IAH is meticulously maintained and cleaned in order to provide a pleasant stay in a park like setting for all of our pilots.
